Vax Mandates at Work? Stand Up to Your Employer

How do I respond to my employer?
There are two paths.
File for a religions exemption or stay and fight.
In PATH ONE you file for a religious exemption which is a trap. Read more about the trap here click here.
After you file for a religious exemption you immediately need to flee to a more free state (like TX or FL) where the governors have banned these vaccine mandates. Do not delay. The tyrants who are pushing this mandate have ZERO chance of honoring your religious exemption. You just signed authority of your body over to the state government and/or your employer with your religious exemption request. You must get out NOW before they exercise that authority.
In PATH TWO you stay and fight. Putting all your chips into freedom.
This process is changing. As of now, follow these steps
- Do not file for an exemption
- Do not quit your job. Go to work, especially after the vaccine mandate kicks in.
- Start drafting a letter, notifying your employer that they are violating international human rights laws. Do not send the letter yet. We will have a copy of a sample letter on the website soon, which you can use to help craft your letter. If you need one now, please email us at hello@cuff-usa.org. Also, go to https://americasfrontlinedoctors.org/legal/vaccines-the-law/ and find the letter which is appropriate for you.

The day is July 2, 1863. The Place: a large field in Gettysburg, PA. A 34 year-old teacher from Maine, dressed in a tattered Union Army uniform, stands contemplating his next move. He sits atop a hill guarding the rear of the Union Army. If he fails to defend this spot of land, the Rebels will have easy access to charge down the other side of the hill and attack the tens of thousands of unprotected Union troops from behind. Earlier that morning this schoolteacher, Joshua Chamberlain, now a Colonel in the Union Army, had built a thigh-high wall out of flat stones with his regiment of 300 men. It ran 110 yards wide. Chamberlain and his men had already faced 4 attacks by 2 regiments of Rebel forces. On the fourth charge, the Rebels almost made it to the wall and Chamberlain got shot. Fortunately, his belt stopped the bullet. On the fifth charge, the two Rebel regiments broke through the wall. It was hand-to-hand combat with knives, gun butts, and fists. Miraculously, though, the Union soldiers were able to push the Rebels back down to the bottom of the hill a final time. But that was the last time they could hold off the enemy. They were out of bullets. Each soldier had one or two bullets left. Many had none. Colonel Chamberlain had lost 220 men throughout the day. He was down to 80 worn-out, defeated, and defenseless men. A 12-year-old lookout climbed a tree to see the enemy. “They’re forming up again, Colonel. And they’ve been reinforced. There’s a lot more of them!” The odds were definitely hopeless. This was a lost cause. Chamberlain contemplated his next move. He knew he was going to die that day. The only thing he had control over was how. And he was certain he would not die with a bullet in his back. So, gathering his courage one last time, he ….

We are now in the position of Colonel Chamberlain. There is no hope. The enemy has come against us and attempted to seize our rights time and time again. We have been battered by the past 5-10 years. This past year (2020-2021) alone has been a full-out assault on everything decent, free, godly, and American. And now the enemy is forming up again. Now they are coming for the final frontier of every tyrannical government: our bodies. Our souls. Our free will.
We are totally defenseless. Spent. Out of bullets.
Will we lay down our arms? Or will we try to run (ie, take a religious exemption) and take a bullet to the back?
Or will we rise up and fight?
[Read on to see how Chamberlain reacted in our situation…]
Just as the Rebel troops were gathering with reinforcements and planning to charge up the hill a 6th time and just as Chamberlain was contemplating his next action, a messenger arrived from the field. Hoping for good news, Chamberlain listened to hear: “Sir, you have no reinforcements coming. All the other Union regiments are getting killed. You’re on your own.”
His decision was made: it was either retreat, surrender, or …
Just then, his brother (also in the Maine regiment) yelled out: “Joshua, they’re coming! They’re coming! They’re coming!” Chamberlain stepped to the top of the wall, staring down defiantly, in full view of the enemy. Thinking to himself “I can’t retreat. I must act!” he yelled to his men: “Fix bayonets!”
His men looked confused.
“Charge! Charge! Charge!” he yelled.
The Rebels, who had just started advancing up the hill with loud Rebel cries were now confused: “They must have gotten reinforcements,” they thought. “This is not the same tired bunch of soldiers we’ve been fighting all day.” Many were frightened and dropped their loaded weapons, turning to run in retreat.
The Union soldiers continued charging.
Moments later, Chamberlain had his sword on the neck of a Confederate captain. “You, sir, are my prisoner.” The captain, handing Chamberlain his fully-loaded Navy Colt revolver, said, “Yes, sir. I am.” All 400 of the Rebels surrendered to the 80 Union soldiers.
[Back to our story]
We find ourselves at a moment in history where we are in an existential fight. We are fighting not just for medical rights, but for our very bodies, our very souls. Most people around us do not realize this. They are just struggling to go back to “life as normal.” That is OK. We don’t need them. God has always done his greatest work with the least amount of people. He does this to show us that it is not about us and our power. It is about Him and His power. He is able to turn the tide of history by sending 80 unarmed men to capture 400 more able-bodied men. And He is able to save billions of people from their sins through the loving act of one man: Jesus Christ.
We are now in the same place as Chamberlain at the top of that hill. The enemy has all the power. We are weak and defenseless. But our bodies must be the hill that we die on. We will not sign over authority to any entity by signing any exemption. We will demand our rights.
Who will let out the cry with us as we run down the hill, saying “Charge! Charge! Charge!”
